Upon arrival in Rome we decided to stay in the city an extra day and at the last minute was able to find this room not far from the center of the city. The hostess, Juliana, was incredibly helpful and was ready for us immediately on short notice. Breakfast the following morning was fantastic and served to us in our room. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being in a busy area of the city.

The owner is allways there...very kind and cares about your stay
Although the windows have double glass, there is still considerable amount of noise coming from the street. Ok, if walk all day long in wonderful Rome... Breakfast can be improved by providing fresh bread.

The lady who runs everything is very nice and helpful. The place is in a great location and we had everything we needed.
It was only slightly noisy outside from traffic and cars honking.

The location was super convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The staff was really cool and gave us awesome recommendations for local restaurants and places to hang out. We had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife of Rome and meeting other young travelers.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the stay even better, it would be to have more options for fun activities for young, party-going people. It would have been awesome if the hotel organized social events or had a bar where we could meet fellow travelers and have a good time.

First of all a wonderful host, who was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. A very good location - 5 minutes from the metro. There are few places opened next to the hotel, some bars and a supermarket if needed. The rooms are big enough, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

As a value of money, I would say too expensive but it is Rome. Comparing with other hotel offers, I say it would be fair. The staff is excellent !! She is so kind and is to accomodate you as much and quick as she can. The location of the hotel is also excellent. You may have a bit tough time to find it out at the first time, though, for this is not a hotel but an apartment. If you budget the hotel cost low in Rome with excellent access, this is your accomodation.
